Helping Organizations, Leaders, Groups, and Schools Take Control of Their Bodies

to show up as the best version of themself.

Dr. Aissa McGuirl is a holistic fitness coach, ortho-pelvic physical therapist, strength and conditioning specialist, professional speaker, and author who helps people take control of their body to thrive in all aspects of life.

Hi, I'm Dr. Aissa!

I work with companies, organizations, educators, leaders, groups, events, universities, and sports teams -- anyone seeking growth to take control of the one precious thing each of us has -- Our body.

We should all be able

Feel our best — less pain and injury, more energy, fewer unexplained symptoms and illnesses, we have a brighter outlook, and our mind is sharp.

Look our best — have better posture, less body fat, and more muscle mass, so we feel confident in our skin.

Function at our best — learn and grow, able to do all the activities we enjoy, be better parents, have better relationships, do our job effectively and efficiently, or run a thriving business or all the above.

Our bodies are just the vessel to allow us to do all this.

Passion Through Experience:

Aissa speaks on topics through her extensive education journey, thorough background research, working closely with hundreds of men and women over the years, and her own struggles with her body.

Why choose Aissa?

Aissa’s mission is to help us understand or “connect” with our body, so we can take the steps to be the best version of ourselves. She sheds light on some of the things we silently suffer with that hold us back, empowers us to take action, and shows us exactly how to do that using her one of a kind framework.

Corporations and Organizations:

Many organizations today are struggling with the same core challenges: rising healthcare costs, employee burnout, poor performance and productivity, declining morale, and an increase in sick days. These issues drain a company’s financial resources, weaken culture, and make it difficult for teams to stay engaged, focused, and energized.

Dr. Aissa delivers a healthier, stronger, and more resilient workforce—leading to lower healthcare spending, higher daily energy, reduced burnout, better performance and productivity, improved team morale, and fewer sick days. Her approach helps employees understand their bodies, manage stress, and build sustainable habits so they can show up as their most productive and empowered selves, both in and out of the workplace.

Groups and Events:

Dr. Aissa speaks at a wide range of events, including fitness and health expos, business masterminds, entrepreneur groups, university wellness programs, nonprofit wellness initiatives, community health events, and both men’s and women’s health empowerment groups. These settings allow her to connect with diverse audiences—from students

to professionals to athletes—who are motivated to better understand their bodies and improve their overall well-being.

Many of the individuals and groups she works with struggle with chronic pain, ongoing health conditions, burnout, low energy, and the frustration of not knowing how to create lasting change. These challenges impact not only their health, but also their confidence, performance, and ability to fully show up in daily life, work, and relationships.

Dr. Aissa’s sessions provide attendees with a deeper understanding of their bodies and clear, practical strategies they can apply immediately. Participants leave equipped with tools to reduce pain, improve energy, restore balance, and regain control of their health, resulting in stronger performance, renewed confidence, and a clear path toward feeling, functioning, and looking their best.

Colleges and Universities

Colleges and Universities bring Dr. Aissa in to address key pain points such as student burnout, poor posture and chronic pain from technology use, decreased focus and academic performance, rising mental-health and stress challenges, and low campus engagement.

Institutions value her ability to connect with students in a relatable, practical way that helps them understand how their daily habits impact both their health and their academic success. Schools benefit from students who feel healthier, more confident, and more capable of managing the demands of their academic and personal lives.

Dr. Aissa's methods improve student energy and resilience, better concentration and academic performance, reduce stress and anxiety, increase participation in campus activities, build a more connected and engaged campus community, and improve student retention..

Gyms and Sports Teams

Gyms and sports teams bring Dr. Aissa in to address pain points such as recurring injuries, limited mobility, performance plateaus, athlete burnout, and inconsistent recovery habits.

Her approach helps athletes and active individuals understand how their biomechanics, training loads, and recovery patterns influence both performance and long-term durability. Gyms and teams benefit from healthier, more resilient athletes who can train harder, perform better, and stay in the game longer.

She delivers reduced injury rates, stronger and more efficient movement patterns, faster training progress, improved performance, enhanced recovery, and athletes who consistently feel and function at a higher level year-round.

Connect the Body Dots - The Book

By Dr. Aissa McGuirl, DPT, CSCS

The guide to holistically understanding your health and fitness -- to find the balance of feeling, functioning, and
looking your best.

What is the 30-Day to Forever Challenge?

The 30-Day to Forever Challenge is a guided program designed to help you begin connecting the dots of your health and fitness. Over the course of 30 days, you will learn practical strategies to improve how you move, think, eat, and care for your body so you can build habits that last far beyond the challenge.

Inside the program, you will receive mobility and deep core exercises tailored to your ability, strength training workouts, and cardiovascular training, all laid out for you in a plan that is easy to follow.

Each workout includes video instructions for every exercise so you understand exactly how to perform them, along with guidance on modifying the movements if needed. Recipes and habits are provided each day to maximize your results.

Who is this challenge for?

This challenge is for anybody with a body who wants to better understand the basics of health and fitness or refine what they are already doing to achieve better outcomes. Whether you are just starting your journey or already active, the goal is to help you build a stronger understanding of how your body works so you can move through life feeling better and performing at your best.

Do I need to be fit to participate?

No. This challenge is designed to meet you where you are. If you are just beginning, it will help you build a strong foundation and gradually improve your fitness. It will help you get fit. If you are already active, the program can help you refine your habits so you feel better at your current level of fitness, including improvements in your energy, mood, and how your body feels day to day.

What will I learn during the challenge?

You will learn the simple habits that you can take control of in your daily life to support your health and performance. These include movement practices, recovery strategies, lifestyle habits, and ways of thinking that help you stay consistent. Most importantly, you will learn how to move better, how to structure your workouts, how to eat better outside of a meal plan, and what to do when you go off track.

After the 30 days are complete, the goal is to continue refining the skills you have learned and building on them so you can move toward your happiest and healthiest state with your continued support of the community along the way. Its a journey, we want you to feel supported all along your journey.

How much time does the challenge take each day?

You get out of the program what you put into it. Participants are expected to perform at least 30 minutes of movement per day, which is often appropriate for those who are just beginning. Individuals who are more experienced may choose to spend closer to one to two hours per day on movement, which may include strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and additional recovery work.

This does not mean you will spend two hours in the gym, but incorporating recovery and mobility work can be extremely beneficial. This part can often be done at home or wherever you are in your day.

Do I need any special equipment?

No special equipment is required to begin the program. The goal is to use whatever is available to you and what fits best within your lifestyle.

For the best results, it is helpful to have access to weights or a gym for at least a few days per week. Some exercises may use machines, but they are not required, and modifications will always be provided so you can adapt the workout to your environment.

If you are working out at home, many exercises can be done with just your body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells, or even household items. As you progress and become stronger, having access to heavier weights WILL be beneficial. "Heavy" is also relative to the person. Heavy for you may be different from heavy for someone else. I will link sample equipment you can use if you are just starting in the program.

Many people find that a combination of home workouts and gym workouts works very well. Ultimately, the goal of this program is to meet you where you are and help you make the most of the resources available to you in your particular situation.

What is included in the Connected Community?

The Connected Community is a support space for individuals who are on a similar journey of improving their health, fitness, and understanding of their body. While everyone’s path may look a little different, the community brings together people who are all working toward feeling, functioning, and living at their best.

Inside the Connected Community, you will receive group access and support from others who are committed to connecting the body dots in their own lives. It is a place to share experiences, ask questions, and stay accountable as you continue building healthy habits.

Members will also have access to live group Q&A calls where you can ask your body dots questions and receive guidance along your journey.

Live calls are scheduled as follows:
– First and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 PM Eastern Time
– Second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 12:00 PM Eastern Time

Please note that call times may occasionally be subject to change.

The Connected Community is scheduled to go live in May 2026.

Is this a workout program?

Heck yeah it is. This is a structured workout program that includes strength training, cardiovascular exercise, mobility work, and recovery practices. But it emphasizes the often-overlooked components of long-term health, including nutrition, lifestyle habits, and active recovery, so you do not miss the important pieces that support lasting progress.

Can I do this if I have pain or injuries?

Yes, although it is recommended that you consult with a medical professional if you have significant pain or medical concerns. Many of the habits and exercises included in this program focus on improving mobility, control, and strength throughout the body, which may help reduce or eliminate some of the aches and pains people commonly experience. However, this program is educational and is not a substitute for individualized physical therapy.

What happens after the 30 days?

The purpose of the challenge is to help you establish habits that last well beyond the initial 30 days. After completing the challenge, you can continue refining the skills you have learned and building upon them as part of your ongoing health journey. After the 30-day period and each month following, you will be given training on how to refine all the things that you are currently doing. So week after week, month after month, year after year, your body and life improve in everyway.

How do I get started?

Simply register for the challenge. After enrollment, you will receive login information that gives you access to the full program and all of the resources inside.

It is recommended that participants begin their preparation for the challenge on a Sunday and start the full program on Monday. This allows you to organize your schedule and start the week with a clear plan.
