
1-1 Holistic Fitness Coaching works with a small number of highly committed individuals who want to perform at their best in every area of life, but feel limited by their body. It is designed for men and women who are ready to go deeper and who have often tried multiple approaches in the past that just don't seem to work.
This work integrates mindset, movement, biomechanics, nutrition, and lifestyle habits so you can understand your body, improve performance in all areas of your life, and create sustainable long-term health.
The goal is not simply to exercise, eat healthy, or look good. The goal is to help you become truly healthy, truly confident, truly happy, and able to move through life with clarity and purpose.
Programs are fully customized and may be delivered in person, virtually, or through guided programming.

Holistic Physical Therapy is approached by understanding the body as an integrated system. Rather than focusing only on the location of pain, we evaluate how the entire body is functioning in order to identify and address the root cause.
This approach commonly helps individuals experiencing back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain, foot pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and certain digestive-related concerns.
Treatment begins with a comprehensive evaluation and may include:
